Adorations to the True Guru who is the Absolute Self, the Giver of Supreme Bliss, Embodiment of Pure Consciousness, One without a second, Vast as the ether, Infinite, Eternal, beyond the three Qualities of Nature and their modifications, the Supreme Preceptor. We meditate upon the Effulgent Light permeating all dimensions, Who is like the Sun that removes the darkness of ignorance. May that One enlighten our intellect with Spiritual Illumination!
Veda means Knowledge of the highest kind of knowledge which is spiritual knowledge or Self-knowledge. Anta means culmination, root or end, thus, Vedanta is the philosophical nectar of the Veda, which are known as the Yoga Scriptures. Vedanta and Upanishads are synonymous for the power that sustains Yoga's body, the intuition that directs Yoga's mind, and the very source of the spiritual nectar at Yoga's heart. Vedanta is the goal of all religions and spiritual practices worldwide. Amidst a dark and dense forest laden with impurities, distractions and ignorance, be a light and roar the truth like the Lion of Vedanta!
