SKYLIGHT YOGA™ Nepalese Sound Therapy is customized and tailored to your specific aspirations and founded upon direct initiation into the sound therapy technique of ancient-era Nepal. From this remote village in the Himalayas where there is no doctor but only a Sound Therapist, Sri Sudarshan trained with his teacher, a Nepali-Indian sound wizard who stayed with his teacher for 33 years learning this modality. Guided by Sri Sudarshan's profound wisdom, therapeutic experience and spiritual insight, we lovingly offer you the highest level of precision, expertise, care and attention. We kindly provide all equipment, pure water and accessories for the session: yoga mat, towel, blanket, bed sheet, eye-cover, pillows and cushions. Waterfront spiritual sanctuary and steps from the ocean, this is a divinely intimate and completely immersive sound healing therapy at our private studio, Yoga School and Ashram in Miami Beach, FL.
