Liability Policy

  • At-Will Participation: Participation in any SKYLIGHT YOGA service, event, or program is entirely at-will, meaning that you, as a participant, assume all liability associated with your participation.

  • Liability Release: SKYLIGHT YOGA and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, disease, or death that may occur as a result of participation in our offerings. This policy is in place to ensure that all participants understand and acknowledge the inherent risks involved in physical activities and events.

  • Blessings to You: As you embark on your journey with us, know that our services are provided with the highest intentions of self-effort and divine grace. We bestow upon you our profoundest blessings for strength, devotion, and freedom in your pursuit of well-being and spiritual growth.

  • General Policy: All payments and transactions made to SKYLIGHT YOGA are non-refundable. This applies to memberships, expeditions, and yoga teacher training, adhering strictly to SKYLIGHT YOGA’s policies unless otherwise specified by the host, offering, or venue.

  • 72-Hour Notice: Cancellations made by participants within 72 hours of the event or service will incur a late cancellation fee. Please note that all processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Our Wish for You: While our policies are in place to maintain fairness and operational integrity, our heart's wish for you transcends these measures. We hold you in eternal, infinite, and unconditional love, wishing you peace and fulfillment beyond the confines of our interactions.

Refunds

  • Non-refundable Policy: In alignment with our cancellation policy, please understand that all payments made to SKYLIGHT YOGA are non-refundable. This includes deposits, full payments, and any other transactions made for our services, including memberships, expeditions, and yoga teacher training programs.

  • Considerations: In extraordinary circumstances, if a refund or partial refund is considered, it will be at the sole discretion of SKYLIGHT YOGA and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
