Liability Policy

  • At-Will Participation: Participation in any SKYLIGHT YOGA service, event, or program is entirely at-will, meaning that you, as a participant, assume all liability associated with your participation.

  • Liability Release: SKYLIGHT YOGA and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, disease, or death that may occur as a result of participation in our offerings. This policy is in place to ensure that all participants understand and acknowledge the inherent risks involved in life, all activities and simply being embodied.

  • Blessings For You: As you embark on your journey with us, know that our services are provided with purest intention manifested by self-effort and divine grace. We bestow upon you our profoundest blessings for strength, devotion, and freedom in your pursuit of wellbeing and total spiritual emancipation.

  • General Policy: All payments and transactions made to SKYLIGHT YOGA are non-refundable. This applies to all services and products, adhering strictly to SKYLIGHT YOGA’s policies unless otherwise specified.

  • 72-Hour Notice: Cancellations made by participants within 72 hours of the event, program or service will incur a late cancellation fee. Please note that all processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Altruistic Wish: While our policies are in place to maintain fairness and operational integrity, our heart's wish is for you to transcends these measures and all limitation, completely. We hold you in eternal truth, infinite light, and unconditional love, wishing you peace and fulfillment beyond the confines of interactions/transactions.

Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Policy: In alignment with our cancellation policy, please understand that all payments made to SKYLIGHT YOGA are non-refundable. This includes deposits, full payments, and any other transactions made for (physical and digital) all products and services, and everything pertaining to our involvement.

  • Considerations: In extraordinary circumstances, if a refund or partial refund is to be considered, it shall be at the sole discretion of SKYLIGHT YOGA and may be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
